The Carolina Confederate is the bi-monthly publication of the North Carolina Division Sons of Confederate Veterans. All division members receive this publication at no charge. Subscriptions are available to the public as well as advertising space at modest rates. For more information, please contact the Editor.

The following form is provided for camps to submit their monthly activities report for submisson to The Carolina Confederate. Under no circumstance should this form be used to report required administrative notice of changes in camp or member information.
